Samsung Launches Exynos 1080 With 5nm Process

Today Samsung Launched a midrange Chipset named Exynos 1080 5G Soc which is built On 5nm EUV FinFet Process. This Soc was Successor to Exynos 980 5G Soc which Is Present On A71 5G & A51 5G.

This time Samsung has Gone with Octacore COU With Triple Cluster Design with 1 x Cortex A78 Clocked at 2.8GHz, 3 x Cortex A78 Clocked at 2.6GHz & 4 x Cortex A55 Clocked at 2.0GHz. The Graphical Part is handled By Mali-G78 MP10.

This Soc has Integrated Modem Which supports 6GHz & mmWave Bands. Samsung says that With This Exynos 1080 SoC Users Can Enjoy Cat 18 LTE Downlink & Uplink Speeds. In terms of Other Connectivity Exynos 1080 Include FM Radio, Bluetooth 5.2 and All The Wi-Fi Bands.

New Exynos 1080 SoC Can support WQHD+ 90Hz Displays or Full HD+ 144Hz Screen.

Exynos 1080 Will Support 200MP Single Camera Support or Dual 32MP + 32MP Camera’s. You can record Video’s Upto 4K@60fps. Exynos 1080 can support LPDDR4x & LPDDR5 Ram units With UFS 3.1 Storage.
