Moto Razr 5G Review

Motorola launched Second Generation Razr smartphone Named Moto Razr 5G. Moto Razr 5G is priced at 1,24,999 @ 8GB + 256 GB Variant In India.

I will divide the review into pros & cons. let’s see quick specs of Moto Razr 5G and Jump into the review.

here in Display Department Moto Razr 5G Features an Excellent HD+ P-OLED panel screen with 373 pixels per inch, the colors are rich and awesome, viewing angles are perfect. there are No issues & problems with screen quality. It is very bright to see in direct sunlight.

This 2.7” G-OLED ( 600 x 800 px ) Display Allows us to take Photos ( Viewfinder ) And to Check Notifications. You can use this Display to Open Every App But in Small Form Factor Pocket Screen. You can Call, Take Photo, Reply to Messages, Use Google Maps etc.

Single Speaker and Headphone Jack:

 in Moto Razr 5G Motorola Used Single Speaker system which is enough. these speakers are supported by Waves technology which helps to get clear sound output from the mobile speaker.

Coming to Headphone jack and earphones, the no headphone jack was equipped We have to listen through USB-C Port but the Quality is Good.

Build Quality : 

 Moto Razr 5G is also Build with an Aluminium frame on the side and front (Opened) with the Plastic screen, Front & Rear of the device is protected with Glass. Because of Glass on the back, it is slippery to hold. No issues of creakiness with the build quality. well built and the bezels are shrunk down to place a 6.4″ OLED screen.

Folding Hinge made With Stainless Steel is Sturdy and it is not making the Creeking Sound when open and close.

Fingerprint scanner: 

Moto Razr 5G Features a Rear-mounted fingerprint sensor that is included In the Rear Side Of Smartphone. By looks, it is Small to see but, fast and very accurate to recognize the fingerprint of the user.

Face unlocking:

 Moto Razr 5G has Stock Android 10 as the Operating system, that’s Why it does not have face unlock.

Weight balance: 

 Moto Razr 5G feels so small and light with 6.4″ & 2.7”  Screen and 2800 mAh battery equipped. This Moto Razr 5G can be used by one hand. The weight balance is done very well on the device. When  Folded it is like A small device for good grip and balance.

Battery life:

 My Moto Razr 5G lasted a Full Working day with heavy usage and at the end of the day, I had 13% of charge left in the phone which is good for a 2800 mAH Battery. The ideal drain of Moto Razr 5G is very low as Galaxy Z Flip. the 15W fast charging makes a difference and charges the phone in 100 min.

Stock Android 10 Operating System :

 Stock Android present on the Moto Razr 5G is very fast & so fluid, No lags were noticed. it comes with no bloatware installed.

My Moto Razr 5G managed to do day to day tasks very well. there are no issues and problems with the UI and there are no heating issues with Moto Razr. It Supports a Range ( Not To High ) High Gaming Setting in Any Game Because of SD 765G.

Ram Management : 

Ram Management is done very well on this Moto Razr device. it features 8 GB ram and I did not notice any lags with the device and there is no reloading of apps on this Moto Razr 5G. the Multitasking experience is nice.

Coming to Gaming, we played Asphalt 9 & COD (Call Of Duty) at the highest graphics setting without any lags & frame drops in the game. thanks to the processor for giving us a lag-free gaming experience.

Call Quality :

 the Call quality on Moto Razr 5G is very good and there are no issues with cellular call quality. we have taken long calls in a day and the other party doesn’t don’t complain. the earpiece is included in the top bezel above foldable screen & its very loud.


Coming to the Camera Department, Razr 5G features a single camera setup on the back of the device and a single camera on the front of the device. they work perfectly in Razr 5G. let’s divide the cameras and look at the performance of them

1. Main Camera: the 48MP main Camera is Awesome and features PDAF & OIS. the Low light & daylight pictures are Awesome and contain very Mind-Blowing details like a natural Scene. Exposure is in control with decent Dynamic range.

Video recording can be done up to 4k@30fps .the video footage has awesome Colours with great sharpness and decent dynamic range in 4K. Stabilization is awesome in 1080p@30fps FHD recording.

Selfie camera :

 Moto Razr features a 20MP selfie camera with large 0.8 μm pixel size and
80˚ field of view. it has a fixed aperture of F/2.2. the Picture quality is fantastic and captures pictures in a Wide view. AI beautification mode is available. Photos are well detailed and contain a decent dynamic range.

This single-camera can be used to take portraits images from the front with the Help of Artificial Intelligence.
